After May 1, 2005, you will have
to get Keplerian elements from Space-Track.org.

The individual element sets (below) are supplied by

Kelso, Ph.D., USAF
at www.celestrak.com.
Please note: there is no need to update from the individual sets if you have already updated from the general set (above). Also, it is pointless to update Keplerian elements more often than once every few days. In fact, once a month is adequate for almost everyone.

from these elements, follow these steps:

new browser window will open up, showing the contents of the
file that you
have downloaded
Go to your browser's main menu, select File, then Save as
Enter a path and file name where you want to save the new elements
