A "plug-in" is a helper program that attaches to aweb browser. After installation, plug-ins are usually invisible to the user. If your browser is Netscape Navigator, then you will need a plug-in to enable it to view ActiveX controls such as OrbitView. When you have downloaded it, unzip its contents to Netscape's Plugins folder. This is normally C:\Program Files\Netscape\Communicator\Program\Plugins. Netscape will automatically recognize the plug-in the next time it is opened. You will need to reload the OrbitView page. Step 2: After downloading the plug-in, you must register [interrupted] - We're still working on this, sorry. OrbitView doesn't work on Macintosh or Unix computers. |
