Here are some links to up-to-date Keplerian elements.
After May 1, 2005, you will have
to get Keplerian elements from Space-Track.org.
Instructions for updating Nova and Orbcomm View are below

The individual element sets (below) are supplied by
Col. T.S.
Kelso, Ph.D., USAF
at www.celestrak.com.
Please note: there is no need to update from the individual sets if you have already updated from the general set (above). Also, it is pointless to update Keplerian elements more often than once every few days. In fact, once a month is adequate for almost everyone.

To update Nova
for Windows or Orbcomm View
from these elements, follow these steps:

Click on one of the links above

A new browser window will open up, showing the contents of the
file that you have downloaded -
Go to your browser's main menu, select File, then Save as

Enter a path and file name where you want to save the new elements
