If you have Keplerian elements delivered via e-mail, you may be able to use Nova for Windows' Timed update function. This function checks a specific file whenever Nova is launched and at a regular interval thereafter. If the file has changed, Nova will read it and update its internal satellite database.
Nova for Windows checks the same file name every time, so a means must be found to have the new Keplerian elements ascribed to that file name.
