Nova for Windows ver 2.0u and later include a facility for accessing the internet.  Some older version of Windows do not work correctly with the automated FTP system that NfW expects.  

If you receive an error message saying something about DLLs missing, try downloading these files:

• wininet.zip

• shlwapi.zip

UnZip these files and place their contents in the \Windows\System folder.  This will replace files that are currently there with the latest version from Microsoft.
