If you have updated from a version between 2.1b and 2.1m, you may be able to
avoid the data loss that happens when you reset Nova to its internal
defaults. A less drastic "reset" may work: deleting Nova's Views
while leaving other data intact.
To delete Nova's Views (only), use windows Explorer to navigate to Nova's \Data folder. By default, this is C:\Program files\Northern Lights Software Associates\Nova for Windows\Data. In this folder, you will find Views_32.DAT. Delete this file and restart Nova. You will have lost your Views but other data (such as added Observers, Configuration list, etc.) will remain.
