Adding an Observer to a View is easy.  

Step 1: Go to the Main Menu and select Views/Configure current view:

This will open the Individual View Configuration screen (see below)

Step 2: Find the desired Observer in the Observers box and drag it to the Current Configuration Observer box.  (If the desired Observer is not listed in the Observers list, Click the Set Up Observers button)

Step 3: Click the OK button:
