A Spectacular EME/Weak-Signal VHF Array

This array of four yagis is an top-notch EME or tropo performer for 144 MHz.  Each antenna has about 13.7dB gain, giving a combined  ~19.0-19.5 dB gain with very low side lobes.  Antenna specifications are here.  I had great success with this array.  My EME echoes were audible about 90% of the time with 1300 watts.  On tropo, it's unbelievable.

The antennas are in very good condition, having been un-mounted from the tower in 1998.  A few elements are slightly bent but otherwise perfect.

The antennas use stainless steel hardware, including "keepers" for the elements, with galvanized U-bolts for mounting to the mast.  The antennas are fully assembled.  The booms can be disassembled into five pieces each but the elements should not be removed because it would involve cutting the keepers.  These antennas cannot be shipped.

• Four identical antennas with mounting hardware, type-N connectors
• Two 14'-long 2¼" diameter aluminum vertical spars
• 14' steel Rohn-25 horizontal "boom" with aluminum mounting plates for 2¼" spars
• Precision-matched 1/2" Heliax phasing lines (also type N connectors)
• ½-wave 4-port power divider

Not included:

• Az/el system
• Miscellaneous muffler clamps
• Preamplifier, relays, etc.
• Tower

These antennas sold for almost $200/each.
